At Prospek, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories and components

For hygiene and safety reasons, worn or used wearable devices cannot be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items


Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Do not send items back without authorization.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.
